Single ply roofing systems are one of the most popular of flat roofing materials, particularly advantageous if the project has weight and load bearing considerations. The membrane is durable and resistant to the UK climate conditions, tears and punctures, yet incredibly lightweight, typically 2-3kg per square metre. The speed of installation makes it a cost-effective method.
Single Ply is quick to install and cost effective. The system is installed using hot air welding techniques with mechanical fastenings or adhesive bonding to provide solutions that are durable, resilient to the natural elements and give excellent fire resistance.  

The flexibility of single ply roofing membranes enables the creation of dramatic roof designs. Decorative profiles can be hot air welded to the membrane to replicate the appearance of standing seam and batten profiles (the latter simulating the appearance of lead), while delivering reduced costs and easier installation.
