Permatop Roofing have a strong track record of supporting local employment and investing in the training and development of its own workforce. Many of our skilled operatives have been supported through college, apprenticeships and manufacturers approved contractors training to become fully qualified roofers in numerous roofing systems.

Roofers
Experienced and qualified tradesman trained in one or all the following systems with current CSCS card. Hot Melt Systems, Single Ply Systems, Liquid Roofing Systems, BUR Felt Systems, Mastic Asphalt.

Estimators/Surveyors
Experienced in working in the roofing industry (but not essential) handling multiple refurbishment and new build projects, traditional and Design & Build tenders, utilising specialist estimating software packages. Having the ability and experience to work independently to produce accurate and competitive tenders
Preparing valuations for interim application for payment including variations, Preparing, negotiating and agreeing final accounts

Contract Managers
Organise the scope of work for contracted business. Managing current projects and ensuring that all work is completed on time and on budget to a high specification. Highly organised with excellent communication skills able to work well under pressure and use initiative.
